It has to be every computer users worst nightmare.
You're in the middle of something (in this case leveling music) and the "pooter" decides it's time to die.
The good news: I managed to save most of the music.
The bad news: I lost all the stations "drop-ins", all my photos, FNST Radio's birthday calender,
the mp3 cd's I'd purchased at Amazon and Rhapsody and a lot of reference material.
Hey, you didn't think I pulled all this stuff out of my head, did you?
Thanks to the Techie Gnome the system is back up with a new disc drive and almost all my "working" programs are re-installed. There will be a new show this Monday.
