In the U.S. this is Labor Day weekend. The time to celebrate the American worker (assuming you can find the ones still employed). It, also, marks the end of "summer". This past few days the weather has already started to cool in the northern part of the country.
This week we're taking at look at a group from Memphis; The Ovations. These guys were super and the lead singer sounds so much like Sam Cooke it's almost scary.
Of course, we'll visit the Carolinas with Angel Rissoff, CWB, The Embers, Rhonda McDaniel, etc. and go back "home" with Class of 60 Somethin', The Magnificent Men, Class Act featuring Rita and Custer's Last Band.
There are some "new" songs, some old favorites and even a surpise :-)
