It's done! My last Monday show until after the new year. (we're off to Virginia)
There are some changes coming for FNST.
The Tuesday, Lovers & Other Losers and Saturday's Dance Party shows are going away. It's a matter of time. I simply don't have the time to do new shows, every week.
Wednesday's "Request Night" is being scaled back to one night each month. The third Wednesday of the month. Hopefully, this will allow us to do fresh shows with your requests, dedications, etc. I'm looking forward to hearing from people.
Monday's show will continue, as always. Theme shows, "new" music, bad jokes and all.
There are some great shows coming up in the new year.
I'm redoing two of the early shows. The shows spotlighting Philadelphia and Chicago are being re-done with better sound and some more music.
We're also going to do at least one, probably two shows, featuring the great music of "the other Detroit". I owe Dave Bupp and Ginger Oldham a special thanks for the insight, memories and the music. They should be the executive producers.
By the way, this Wednesday, the 24th of December there is a "Christmas Eve Special". Some requested songs, some of my favorits and some stuff that's just fun. I hope you can find time to enjoy it.
